These poster templates are simply designed to help you get started quickly. They’re meant to be flexible and fully customizable. You’re highly encouraged to:
- Replace any text, colors, fonts, or graphics
- Adjust layout, spacing, and content to suit your project
- Make it your own, or even start from a blank slide if you prefer!

Best Practices
Size & Layout
- Poster should be no larger than 48” by 36” (portrait or landscape)
- Use PowerPoint or Illustrator to create your poster
- Font sizes are large enough to read from a distance
- Keep fonts consistent and easy to read
- Title section should include co-authors, affiliations, and logos (if applicable)
- Aim for balanced visual flow: ~40% graphics, ~40% white space, ~20% text
Design & Readability
- Ensure strong contrast between background and text
- Charts and graphs have clear legends and labeled axes
- Label all images, charts, and visuals meaningfully
- Use consistent styling for section headers and subheadings
